Classification & Compensation
The Classification & Compensation section is led by Chief, Mrs. Guilerma “Emma” Peters and supported by three of her vibrant and driven staff. The Classification and Compensation (C&C) Section performs these primary functions:
- Develops, implements and maintains a systematic classification and compensation system.
- Recommends establishment of positions as it becomes necessary.
- Provides guidance and recommendations to various department heads on employee classification and compensation matters.
- Reviews and provides recommendations for proper processing of Request for Personnel Actions (RFPAs).
