Employer Employee Relations

The Employer Employee Relations section is led by Chief, Mr. Sebastian R. Deleon Guerrero and supported by three of his driven and valuable staff. The Employer Employee Relations section performs the following primary functions:

• Ensures proper implementation and processing of Request for Personnel Actions through the Tyler Munis system.
• Maintains and, ensures all employee benefits are properly entered in the system.
• Provides a number of services to government employees which include verifications, employee certifications, service computations, annual leave adjustments, leave advances, sick leave bank requests and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) eligibility.
• Maintains and secures all active and inactive employee records.
